A shocking incident took place on Sunday morning during a boat tour against the stunning backdrop of the Andaman Sea. At around 9.10 a.m. (local time), the speedboat “Korawich Marine 888”, which was traveling with over 50 people on board, collided with a fishing boat. The accident happened between Phuket and Koh Phi Phi, a popular destination for tourists from all over the world. The situation was dramatic as many of the injured suffered serious wounds and were in shock. Immediately after the accident, the rescue workers from the Phuket tourist center were alerted. They actively helped to rescue the injured from the water. The first medical treatment took place at the Ko Phi Phi hospital, where some of those affected had to be treated immediately due to the severity of their injuries. Later, several of them were taken by boat to Phuket to receive further medical attention.

According to reports, there were both foreign tourists and local tour guides on board the speedboat, making the accident all the more tragic.
