New General Manager for spectacular MontAzure Resort in Phuket!

With a fresh breeze in his sails, Wiranat Limpasuth was today unveiled as the new General Manager of MontAzure Phuket Resort – a gem of the MGallery Collection. How Thaipress reports, Limpasuth brings together over 35 years of experience in the hotel and luxury real estate industry and brings his expertise to the first MGallery project in Thailand to be managed by Accor. The resort on idyllic Kamala Beach is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026 and anticipation is already building.

Wiranat Limpasuth, who has served as the first Thai general manager within the Accor Group since 2007, has managed several renowned hotels, including Mercure Krabi Deevana and Novotel Bangkok Bangna. His success in implementing marketing strategies and cost management relies on proven methods to achieve profitability goals.

A resort with many amenities

The MontAzure Phuket Resort stands out not only because of its first-class location: it offers a variety of amenities that leave no room for any living need unfulfilled. From a long pool to a children's area, a pool bar and a clubhouse, everything is available. Fitness enthusiasts will also get their money's worth, with a modern fitness room and a jogging track. The gastronomic offering also leaves nothing to be desired and ranges from snacks around the clock to 5-star service.

The resort's vision is to provide guests with meaningful experiences anchored at the core of the “M Moment” concept. The target group is primarily romantic travelers who want to enjoy nature and poignant experiences to the fullest.

Success for the MGallery Residences MontAzure

Another exciting aspect is the MGallery Residences MontAzure, which is also managed by AccorHotels. The handover of the units is planned for the first quarter of 2025. The topping-off ceremony, which marked the completion of the structural framework, already took place on October 25, 2024 Montazure reports. The project, which includes 227 units, is particularly attractive: 65% of the units have already been sold.

Located in the MontAzure masterplan on Kamala Beach, MGallery Residences spans an impressive 454 rai (178 acres) and extends from the 250-meter-long beach to Kamala Mountain. Buyers have the option to combine units to create two- or three-bedroom configurations. Residents also benefit from exclusive benefits such as Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Diamond status and a special membership program that offers comprehensive amenities.

In the current market situation, a total of 552 hotels and resorts are listed for sale in Thailand, showing that the real estate market in this region is buoyant. Hotel prices vary widely and offer numerous options for both investors and private home buyers. From small hotels in Patong to large resorts in Karon, there is something for everyone, as the overview page shows Thailand Property clarified.

Overall, there are exciting times ahead, both for the MontAzure Phuket Resort and the MGallery Residences. The combination of luxury living and a world-class holiday offering promises to attract both locals and tourists, further positioning Phuket as a premier travel destination.
