Creativity meets sustainability: Chiang Mai Design Week 2025 inspires!

The anticipation of thatChiang Mai Design Week 2025is literally tangible! From theDecember 6th to 14th, 2025Now in its 11th edition, this creative festival invites all art and design lovers to experience the exciting events in the city's three central economic districts: Downtown, Chang Moi-Tha Pae and San Pa Khoi. Organized by the Northern Creative Economy Agency (CEA), is the motto of the festival“Local Plus: Creativity, Technology, Sustainability”, which was launched with a clear goal in mind: to strengthen local potential through creative and technological approaches.

What is particularly noteworthy is the international dimension of the event, where creative actors from more than 12 countries are expected. The concept“Equation of Creativity”is designed to promote ideas, opportunities, knowledge and growth and advance the transformation of Chiang Mai into an Asian center for crafts and wellness.

Diverse programs and highlights

As part of Design Week, no less than16 highlight programsoffered that have something for every taste. This includes the exhibition“Make Scents, Make Sense”, which explores the creative power of scents, during the event“The Homecoming Club”explored the creative spirit of the North.
