Miss Grand International 2025: A Festival of Beauty in Hua Hin!
Today, October 8, 2025, the glamorous world of “Miss Grand International” has made its way to Hua Hin. 77 participants from all over the world arrived in the picturesque province of Prachuap Khiri Khan and stayed at the luxurious InterContinental Resort Hua Hin. This event is all about Thai culture and hospitality.
The first hours of the event began with a special opening evening that was anything but ordinary. In the stylish CIAO Restaurant, the participants celebrated a dinner under the motto “Eating in luxury, living in comfort”. Not only were culinary delights served here, but Thai hospitality was also celebrated. Miss Grand Thailand 2025, Kochabel Sarunrat, warmly welcomed the international guests.
Cultural activities and first highlights
As part of the program, participants are involved in various activities that not only promote Thai culture but also boost tourism in the region. Particularly touching was the morning alms distribution, followed by a yoga class that promoted relaxation and community. A short train ride through the resort complex gave the Misses the opportunity to be enchanted by the idyllic surroundings.
Another highlight of the opening event was the visit to the Museo Auto Classica in Bluport Hua Hin, where participants were able to admire classic cars and art. They were also part of the BLUPORT FASHION SHOW at the Hua Hin Convention Center, which presented current Thai fashion under the motto “Proud Thai Fashion Show”.
On the way to the final
Preparations are in full swing for the grand finale, which will take place on October 18, 2025 at the MGI Hall in Bangkok. Christine Juliane Opiasa from the Philippines will choose her successor after a vote selects the top 10 finalists. Overall, the event includes several exciting side events, such as a National Costume Contest, which have already been supported via social media since September 24th.
Among the participants are not only national beauty queens, but also many talented women who have to prepare for the Miss Grand International competition. The motto “Beauty with Readiness” is reflected in the preparation, which requires both physical and mental skills, including dance, catwalk and communication skills. The message “4 B’s: Body, Beauty, Brain and Business” is very popular.
With other activities such as a visit to the Vana Nava Hua Hin water park and sports competitions, the program for the next few days will build towards the excitement of the finale. The commitment and enthusiasm of the participants is clearly noticeable, and it remains to be seen who will take home the crown in the end.
